| VISION |
To
position and to value of momin ansar, weavers and
down trodden societies in the country clearly in the
other society mind as a facts which is desirable for
its importance, building social impact, national and
international peace, and social unity and integrity
of the country and its values. |

MISSION |
AIMAWS
mission is to help our monin ansar, weavers,
and down trodden society's members to understand
the demands of the societies, i.e. social
& mental developments, education, financial
& commercial developments as well as basic
need of the society.
AIMAWS has set-up the target to achieve its
goal by providing good education, technical
training, seminar, exhibitions, medicines,
health education, women education, personality
development programs, computer education,
etc. etc. amongst all section of the society.

The
expected outcome should be a better positioning
of the momin ansar, weavers and down trodden
societies on top of the other society. the
demand of the products produced by the society
i.e. textiles, handicrafts and hanlooms exports
products choices and preferences, and to bring
a steady increase of Textiles, Handicrats
and Handlooms products sales and higher market
share, and the maintenance of commercial advantages
along the entire Textiles, Handicrats and
Handlooms products demand chain, from exporters
and its members to foreign buyers, all around
the world. |

The Momin Ansar (weavers) is running their handloom
(Hathkargha), and producing stoles, and scarf (scarves),
and next one is finishing the preparing for packing
, in this cottage industry the whole family members
are working, the they are able to have their food
for family, child labour is big problem with the society,
government is stoping child labour, but it is not
getting success, because, the most childs are working
in their home itself, government can't identifed them,

AIMAWS
is trying to create atmosphere amongst the society,
to send their childs for education, and when it will
happen in full boom, the society will be recongnised
in the country, and it will give them better life,
better financial position, social impact, and security
etc., it will be possible when the government and
other society will forward to extend all possible
help/support to the momin ansar and weavers, down
trodden society by helping trade throughout the world
further using their products produced by the society.
